Working with me

I blend traditional talk and trauma informed mind-body approaches in my work, using elements of story, body wisdom/intuition, mindfulness, self-compassion and neuroscience to help people become the author and leader of their own lives. I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to change how painful and distressing, traumatic memories and images are stored in your brain so they no longer trigger strong physical and emotional reactions.

Fees

My fees are due the day of our session and payable by credit or debit card as well as HSA or FSA debit cards.

I do not bill insurance. I can provide you with a receipt and your insurance company may cover my services as an out-of-network provider. I cannot guarantee any reimbursement, please contact your provider for this information.
