Deepen Your Path to Healing, Joy and Empowerment.
Are you feeling stuck, unsure, confused or alone in your pain? Struggling with a separation, a loss or feel like you are in the grip of constant worry, sadness, stress or burnout? Maybe you’ve already tried to work it out on your own. You’ve talked with friends and family but this time it hasn’t quite helped, or helped enough. Counseling can help you heal, deepen relationships and find more ease in your day to day life.
Life is beautiful and life can be hard
Over the course of our lives we will each bump up against fear, pain, worry, sadness and confusion. These difficult times are inevitable and they’re part of our human experience. I want you to know you are not alone in struggle.
Working Together
While many people come to see me with specific concerns, others say they are stuck, overwhelmed or lost. They are unsure of how to move forward, to feel better, to feel more empowered in their lives. What they do know is they want more in their life, happier, lighter, more connected, joyful and grounded in who they are.
“…Everyone you meet is afraid of something, loves something and has lost something.”

Let old patterns fall away, explore and connect with your authentic self – cleaning the mirror of the true self
If now is one of those times, I would be honored to help you find a way out. I bring care, compassion and a belief in your ability to access the life you desire. Our work together will be an interactive and supportive process where you can gain understanding, learn tools to deepen your relationships and find a greater sense of ease, joy and purpose in your life.

My Approach
I offer trauma informed counseling for individuals using a lens of relational neuroscience and your mind-body connection on your health and dis-ease.
I blend traditional talk, mind-body and somatic approaches in my work, using elements of story, body wisdom/intuition, mindfulness, self-compassion and neuroscience to help people become the author and leader of their own lives.
To reduce the effects of trauma and other psychological stressors, I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Brainspotting (BSP).
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidenced based therapy that uses eye movements and voluntary image replacement within a protocol that works with your nervous system to help bring your brain and body back to a state of calm or regulation. For more information on ART.
Brainspotting (BSP) is a brain based somatic therapy that uses eye positions and biolateral sound to locate, process and release trauma and emotional distress. BSP is able to go deeper into the brain than talk therapy, to the unconscious mind where traumatic memories are kept. BSP helps reduce the effects of trauma, anxiety and other psychological stressors. For more information on BSP.
