Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidenced based therapy that uses eye movements and voluntary image replacement within a protocol to reconsolidate or rewrite, your emotional memories. Using ART we use the power of your right and left brain hemispheres and neuroplasticity to change how you experience the emotional component of your negative or traumatic memories. Hypnotherapy is an effective tool to reduce stress and anxiety in your life. During hypnotherapy we use the power of your unconscious mind to shift patterns and beliefs that cause distress. It can also help relieve insomnia due to anxiety and stress.
Cognitive Behavioral Approach
The cognitive behavioral approach looks at how our thoughts influence our feelings and behaviors rather than our external experience such as people, situations, and events. This empowers us to make changes within ourselves regardless if our external situations change.
