My fees are due at the time of our session and payable by check, cash or credit card.
I do not bill insurance. I can provide you with a receipt and your insurance company may cover my services as an out-of-network provider. I cannot guarantee reimbursement, please contact your provider for this information.

Does my policy have mental health benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
