About Alison

I have a compassionate and intuitive style. I see therapy as supportive and honest conversations that can range from deeply enriching to emotionally challenging. The work is yours, the goals we work towards are yours, and I am honored to share and play a role in your journey.

My approach to therapy is holistic; I take into account the physical, emotional, social and environmental aspects of your life. I enjoy working with people confronting a wide range of issues. Together we will work to highlight and tap into your unique personal strengths and abilities, increase your self-awareness, and identify strategies to create the outcome that feels right and will work for you.

I am passionate about the interconnection of the mind, body and spirit, and the importance of connection to self and community. In my role as a therapist, I see myself as a guide in a collaborative journey with you, walking the path which will lead you to the creation of balance and healing through the rediscovery of self, connection to family and community, and personal and collective wisdom.
